Your information, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you order: your name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number, and what you bought. Your payment is handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
When you sign up for emails: your email address, and nothing more.
When you visit the site: standard technical data like your IP address, browser, and which pages you looked at.
Why we collect it
To make and ship your order, handle returns and warranty claims, meet customs and tax requirements, and answer you when you write. If you've opted in, to send you occasional email about new work. That's the whole list. We don't sell your information to anyone, ever.
Who else touches it
Our site and store run on Squarespace. Payments are processed by [PAYMENT PROCESSOR]. Shipping is handled by [CARRIERS], who need your address and phone number to deliver. Customs authorities receive the declaration details the law requires. Our email list runs on [EMAIL PLATFORM].
Some of these providers store data outside Quebec, including in the United States. Your information may be subject to the laws of another country. We've assessed this and we're satisfied the protection is adequate.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary to run the store, like keeping items in your cart. Anything beyond that, including analytics and marketing cookies, stays off until you turn it on. You can change your mind from the cookie settings link in the footer.
How long we keep it
Order records for seven years, because tax and customs law requires it. Email list data until you unsubscribe. Everything else no longer than we need it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete it, or send it to you in a portable format. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time. Write to the person below. We'll answer within 30 days, free of charge.
