Prices and payment

All prices are shown in [CAD / USD]. Prices include shipping to Canada and the continental United States. Prices for orders shipped to the United States also include US import duties.

Orders to all other destinations are quoted shipping at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees on those orders are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier.

Canadian orders are charged GST and QST at checkout, calculated on your delivery address.

Payment is taken in full when you place your order. We accept the methods shown at checkout.

Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation by email. That email is your copy of the contract. Keep it.

If we can't fill your order, or if a price or description on the site was wrong, we'll tell you and refund you in full. We aren't obliged to sell at a price posted in error.

Made to order

Knives are made after you order. Your confirmation email gives the date we expect to ship yours. During a pre-sale, the pre-sale terms govern that date.

If we can't ship by the date we gave you, you can cancel for a full refund.

Delivery

We ship worldwide. Delivery requires a signature. Risk passes to you on delivery.

We can't ship to an address where receiving the knife would be unlawful. If we can't ship to you for that reason, we'll refund you in full.

Returns and warranty

Nothing here reduces the rights you have under Quebec's Consumer Protection Act or the legal warranty of quality under the Civil Code of Québec. Where anything in these terms conflicts with those rights, those rights win.

Age

You must be 18 or older to buy from us.

Things outside our control

We aren't responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including carrier disruption, customs holds, supply shortages, or a shop closure we didn't choose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws in force in Quebec. Any dispute goes to the courts of the judicial district of Montreal.
